Project Unnati focuses on improving sexual and reproductive health among adolescents and young adults through awareness, education, and better access to healthcare services. It also addresses important social issues, including domestic violence, by educating both men and women and encouraging open dialogue. Through these efforts, the initiative promotes informed choices, healthier behaviours, and more equitable communities.
Various sessions and workshops are conducted to raise awareness and educate communities on key health and social issues.
Workshops and sessions focus on:
• Nutrition and anemia awareness
• Sexual and reproductive health, including family planning
• Mental health and substance misuse
• Understanding gender and sex
• Awareness of good touch and bad touch
• Gender based violence and HIV and AIDS awareness
